Hello bloggers in room 11 we have been learning about zones of regulation
and about what you can do to control it
if your in the red zone your angry your frustrated what i personal would do would get a stress ball or something
if your in the blue zone your sick your up set what i would have a nap or read a book
if your in the yellow zone your getting angry your losing focus i would punch a boxing bag if you don't have one of those punch your pillow or something soft
and if your in the green zone your ready your focused your happy i would just keep going
